please help
hi, im new to all this making a website stuff, me and help from mates have got me this far:

and the dropdown box and the ebay image i want it so that its on the right handside of the page next to where it says mobile services in red.
i have tried for hours i cannot do it, because the template is in frames and tables and when i try and move it the whole site messes up
so please could any one help me????
