Scroll bar within tables
I want to create a scroll bar within a table. Does anyone know how this is done?

use flash, and insert an image into the | | 's ; .it will save you alot of time and headaches...if you want to maintain the same graphics, all you will need to do is set the original pic to the td's bg image and place the transparent flash text with scrollbars over top.
framing is simply to much of a headaches with cross-browser compatibility

the easiest solution available is a div with overflow: auto, that would look like

When this text exceeds the size of the div, scrollbars appear
