Yes. I posted it a few weeks ago. But it was just for Canadian sites then and now I am working on a section for American and international sites.
I'm still putting the site together with the little free time I have so I haven't bothered to market it yet. I need to populate it before it's worthwhile for someone to visit. In the meantime, it's a good place for everyone to have a link to their site on an HTML page.
