Ok I have another client and I have been debating for hours which splash page I should use.

I need valid and consructive criticism because this splash page crap is due next week.
oh by they way if u guys dont see the concept on the logo... its a peanut dude with glasses and cape and i tried to shape his body like a number eight.  get it? str8 nutz

I vote for the first one, black bg since it looks like an entertainment site, so it's cool with the font and color  ...just my 2cents

In my opinion, combination of black, white and greey colors is much better solutions - it looks much more proffesional and artistic.
