Personal site layout
I'm thinking building my personal site with some brief info about me and some works i've done. Where is a good place to study more about site layout and such?
I see some really cool sites out there in terms of graphics but their layouts are so confusing...anyways..your advices are greated appreciated

since it is your personal site I would also suggest going with an idea or theme that really interests you or may push what technologies you know.
Onward and upward, plus and most importantly it will help get rid of that feeling that you are building just another clients' site and 'rubber stamping' your way through it; make sure it is fun

heres my advice. looking at other someone elses site is limited. inspirationals sites are limited as well.
to have better understanding about layouts, design, and composition, i higly suggest taking some design, art, and art history classes. cause u need to know the basic form and design elements and design principles to get creative results on your layout/composition.
