Images replacing scrollbars
I have seen CSS which replaces the usual coloured scrollbars with multi-coloured ones, but can you replace things like the button with the arrow, the scroll part of the scrollbar, and the track with images, esp. those able to change onClick, or even when the window is inactive (esp. Mac)? I want my scroll bars to look like the ones on the Mac to everyone. Is this possible?

colored scrollbars are not valid to CSS standards and only work in internet explorer on windows.
